Returns

• We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation with your return shipment.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.
• Refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 3.5% to cover administrative and processing costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange for an exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
